Favourite Process

There's so many to choose from because I love what I do, from beginning to end.  But, I think my favourite process is sourcing fabrics to make my lampshades, for the traditional hand sewn, the contemporary, the repurposed, and bespoke. It's so much fun, there's so much to choose from, so many great designers out there. Sometimes, I have to apply a method to my madness. Otherwise, I'd be lost down rabbit holes for days, I like to look into the why's. I dig a little deeper. If I'm making a bespoke lampshade, I like to match personality traits, tastes, hobbies, etc, but sometimes it's purely because I just love the colour and pattern. I also like to choose responsibly for sustainability and ethical reasons.
